About Us

DOCO DOUGH CO.

Rooted in a passion for baking and sharing, DoCo Dough Co. celebrates the simple pleasure of a fresh loaf of bread enjoyed in good company.

With over a decade as a Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) teacher, I’ve dedicated my career to teaching the value of home-cooked meals, food safety, and nutrition. Those same values shape my baking: thoughtfully made from scratch with high-quality ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible.

Slice your bread only as needed; the crust will keep the bread fresh for 24-36 hours.  During this time, store in a bread box or plastic bag.  Refrigerating sourdough will cause it to stale more quickly – avoid this!

If you are unable to finish one of our products, most freeze very well!  For sourdough loaves, simply slice and freeze as airtight as possible (zipper bag works fine).  When you need a slice, take one out and pop it in the toaster.  You’ll be pleasantly surprised at how well it keeps!
